Training Times
Woking Athletic Club offers structured training sessions throughout the week, catering for a wide range of disciplines, ages, and ability levels.
Monday: 6:15pm – 8:15pm (Academy Night)
Tuesday: 6:00pm – 8:30pm (Club Night*)
Wednesday: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Thursday: 6:00pm – 8:30pm (Club Night*)
Saturday: 10:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 1:00pm
*Club nights focus on group-based training, with sessions available for Endurance, Middle Distance, Junior Sprints, Senior Sprints, as well as Jumps and Throws. Additionally Pole Vault is available during the Spring and Summer months on days to be advised by the Coaching team.

If you’re interested in joining the club — or are looking for a specific discipline or coach — we recommend contacting our Membership Secretary before attending. This helps ensure the relevant training group has space available and that the coach is able to support new athletes effectively.
